2 months old!

Wow he is growing!  We guesstimated that he weighs approximately 12 lbs and 6 oz here.  He goes to the doctor on Wednesday so we will have an update then!

Fathers you better watch out...hehe

These are a little late but Dane is 2 months old!  We will be having more taken on March 18th that will be professionally done.  But I have to say...I think Dan & I did a pretty good job!  I mean...Dane is a great little guy to take pictures of!

It is hard to believe that we have had him for almost 6 weeks...time has flown by!  He is the biggest joy of  lives.  We couldn't be happier!

Special Package today!

Today we received a package in the mail from the adoption agency.  When I opened it, I was surprised to find a card from Dane's foster parents.  It was very sweet and they were wanting to check on Dane's progress and also his foster mother had made him a hooded towel and sent it.  It was adorable and very thoughtful.  She also included in the card that she was in the process of organizing and putting together his first month of photos for us and would get it to us soon.  How thoughtful!  She also sent her email address so that we can stay in touch.  I think this is wonderful and we will definitely do this.  Dane is such a lucky boy!  So many people love him so much!
